Learning Content Coordinator

Overview:
Reporting to the Team Leader for internal technical expertise projects, the Learning Content Coordinator is primarily responsible for developing content aimed at expanding the knowledge and abilities of the PolyWorks® community. By actively helping to create and update our training material, as well as by developing various resources for the knowledge base of our MyPolyWorks customer portal, the Learning Content Coordinator contributes to increasing user autonomy with our software platforms.
**Responsibilities**:
- Help develop, prepare and distribute the material needed for contextualizations, demonstrations, experimentations, and learning evaluations during PolyWorks trainings
- Collaborate with the Training Program Coordinator to identify user needs
- Participate in the preparation of training workbooks as well as course syllabi detailing training objectives and content
- Help create plans to guide trainers as they present course content and support users during trainings
- Contribute to the development of exercises related to course objectives
- Update source documents
- Prepare datasets to demonstrate key concepts
- Oversee and produce solution videos for training exercises
- Make new demo parts for training, as required
- Collaborate with colleagues, notably the Training Program Coordinator, to develop complementary resources for basic and advanced training material
- Develop, organize, and update various didactic resources such as documents, videos, capsules, and projects in the knowledge base of MyPolyWorks
- Coordinate translations and support colleagues with the translated versions of online resources for the international PolyWorks community
Qualifications:
- Be familiar with our PolyWorks solutions
- Be detail-oriented and strive to produce quality results
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Be comfortable with different video editing and writing tools
- Be fluent in written and spoken English*
- Have a strong interest in training and knowledge transfer
- Be able to present technical concepts clearly and efficiently
- Have a well-developed sense of organization
- Show initiative and be self-reliant
- We require proficiency in English as daily collaboration with colleagues and customers located in the United States and other subsidiaries around the world is required. The development and presentation of learning content for clients and colleagues is in English.
