Role Summary Under the supervision of the team manager, the Content Deliveries Coordinator’s mandate will be to ensure delivery of different multimedia content for in‑flight entertainment applications. Working within a large team on several continents, the successful candidate will take part in creating and adapting content and making sure delivery efforts are followed up on for specific projects. The Content Deliveries Coordinator is also responsible to define and coordinate processes related to content delivery, as well as to ensure tools used for content delivery are provided as needed (including training, introducing updates, etc.). The position requires interaction with project managers, programmers, Content Service Providers (CSP), Content Integration team (WCIT), OEMs/partners. Location and Remote Options Location: Canada Remote Options: Option to be remote or hybrid What You’ll Be Doing Support for content related issues (to partners/OEMs): First response to Content related Support Requests from partners/OEMs Dispatch GEE internal (or external) depending on the issue reported Communication with partner/OEM and ensuring issue is closed according to Support Policy and SLA per partner Responsible to define, coordinate and update processes related to content delivery, e.g. Content Delivery Flow Define and coordinate QA test plan for final content certification Define and coordinate Status Sheet Template Define and coordinate the template for Delivery Notifications Responsible to coordinate update of content delivery tools Update documentation, and provide training as needed Auditing and taking part in quality control for the Content Management System (CMS) during the development phase and certification process Accountable for sign off of QA on final content Supporting users of Content Management System (CMS) both internally and externally Guiding CMS users in the performance of their tasks (modifications, additions, content manipulation) Training users via teleconference seminars Providing remote support for DTI partners and clients Taking part in creating application content using e.g. Content Management System (CMS) Focus on non-AVOD content Providing SW Content Packages to Content Integration team Defining and executing offload and reporting processes Manipulating multimedia elements (text, graphics, video and audio) in various formats Supporting linguistic needs of various departments (coordinating translation, support games design, etc.) What We’re Looking For College diploma or combination of education and relevant experience 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar position Experience in resources coordination, an asset Basic knowledge of management and production operations Customer support experience Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Perfectly bilingual in French and English, both written and spoken Self-reliant and resourceful Able to work on several projects simultaneously and manage priorities Strong interest in new technologies Solid communication skills Attention to detail This Might Be the Right Place if You… Are a team fit; can help advance our global, inclusive culture Are self‑starter who likes to roll up your sleeves and take initiative with minimal direction Can think about tomorrow, while getting your work done today Are a collaborative team‑player; primary audience will be internal teams Are curious and open to learning and finding new solutions Are able to provide and accept feedback in a constructive manner Are organized, have strong communication skills, and do whatever it takes to get things done The Benefits Of Working Here A career with Anuvu is a unique opportunity to grow your knowledge and skills within a casual culture that thrives on collaboration and innovation.
