This is an interview position

Lead and proactively plans, organizes, develops and manages a Sales Organization at the District level to ensure the meeting/exceeding of district sales objectives. Create and promote a culture that supports a balanced execution of People, Service, and Profit as well as the execution of Canadian business strategy. Manages all revenue segments and products as assigned. Supports/champions multi-OpCo revenue growth and all associated cross-selling/training initiatives.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Bachelor's Degree/equivalent, Business related is preferred.

5 years business to business sales experience; knowledge of industry preferred.

Must currently be a member of FedEx Management.

Must demonstrate proficiency in the Microsoft Suite package, Basic level in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

In the province of Quebec must be bilingual (French & English).
