Holman is looking for a **District Sales Manager in Ontario**. We are looking for an innovative, energetic, competitive sales professional with the desire to build new business.
The District Sales Manager will work to bring ARI’s cutting edge value proposition to new clients and help them solidify their fleet as a strategic asset.
**What will you do?**
- **Your main focus will be - Net New Client Attraction**:
- **You will work alongside amazing fleet professionals who are eager to collaborate and share the knowledge**:
- **You will have administrative support from the sales support team to ensure you have a strong strategic focus**
**In addition**:
- Identify new prospects for existing and proposed services
- Respond to requests for proposals and/or presenting customized value based proposals to prospects
- Present the organization’s differentiators and value proposition
- Work with the account management and customer service teams on retention initiatives
- Complete business plans, where required, to address new service opportunities and present these findings to senior management
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers, and prospects
- Interface with the organization’s U.S. sales personnel to look for synergies and best practices
- Provide consulting services to existing and prospective customers where required
- Attend industry related functions and keep up to date on trends and new technologies
- Participate in short and long-term strategic planning efforts
**What are we looking for?**
- Ability to find clients to build strategic relationships that support lengthy sales cycles, in a finance & professional services sales model
- Five or more years’ experience in business development/sales required (prefer service/consulting industry)
- Working with C-level executives, particularly in Finance and Procurement
- High sales acumen
- Effective presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of the leasing and fleet management marketplace would be considered a huge asset
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related discipline
