**Job Opportunity: Bilingual Customer Service Representative**

**What You'll Do**

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will:

- Handle cash transactions with precision and care.
- Assist with the efficient opening and closing of our branch.
- Provide accurate information about our financial products and services.
- Enter data accurately using various platforms and POS systems.
- Promote our range of store products and services.
- Balance daily cash and debit/credit transactions.
- Maintain a welcoming store environment.
- Complete necessary paperwork with attention to detail.
- Assist customers with their financial needs and ensure their satisfaction.

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- A College Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Excel proficiency.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- A team-player attitude with energy and enthusiasm.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 40 per week
