**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Develop and implement comprehensive safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with management to fabricate safety protocols tailored to specific operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of safety incidents, training sessions, and compliance activities.
- Lead safety meetings and provide ongoing education regarding workplace safety practices.
- Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all safety-related inquiries and concerns within the organization.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a safety coordination role or similar position.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and industry best practices related to workplace safety.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to train others effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments to foster a culture of safety.
- Proficient in using software tools for reporting, tracking, and analyzing safety data.
- Certification in Safety Management or related field is a plus.
- Drivers license required for transportation to job sites.
- Personal vehicle required.

Pay: $18.50-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
