Defina is looking to hire an experienced floor manager/server to join our talented team. We are looking for someone energetic with strong hospitality skills and who is enthusiastic and passionate about the food and wine industry. Most importantly, looking for someone who creates a positive experience for all our guests and for the rest of the team by being professional, focused and reliable. Must know the art of "enlightened hospitality", and make our guests and coworkers feel cared for and appreciated with exceptional attention to detail, time management and organization skills. You will also be working directly with management to enhance our dining atmosphere while continuing to maintain our takeout and delivery program. At Defina, we firmly believe in creating a workplace where everyone feels welcome, supported and valued.
