**FLOOR MANAGER (Hourly Position)**

**Job Summary**:
The Floor Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring that all team members deliver excellent service and maintain high operational standards. This role offers a unique opportunity for growth within SPIN, making it ideal for someone eager to advance their career in hospitality management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee restaurant operations and ensure employees perform their roles to the highest standard.
- Maintain a presence on the floor, assisting in various areas as needed.
- Communicate effectively with the management team regarding staff performance, maintenance issues, and general operations.
- Be the most knowledgeable staff member on the floor, familiar with all SPIN offerings, operational systems, and daily/nightly programming.
- Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Supervise cash outs and ensure adherence to cash handling policies.
- Ensure event contracts are executed accurately.
- Maintain the atmosphere of the space, including lighting, music, and the arrangement of furniture, tables, and nets.
- Foster a positive work environment and uphold the SPIN brand and message.
- Engage with staff and guests throughout operating hours, gathering feedback to improve the experience.
- Support marketing and branding efforts, ensuring public perception aligns with SPIN’s goals and programs.
- Collaborate with the front desk and kitchen staff, providing assistance as needed and helping expedite food service.
- Serve as an ambassador for SPIN, promoting programming and ensuring the floor runs smoothly.
- Lead by example, demonstrating attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, efficiency, and a strong work ethic.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in serving, bartending, or similar hospitality roles.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience is an asset but not required; this is a growth position with opportunities for advancement.
- Event experience is a plus.
- Smart Serve certification required.

**Compensation**:

- Competitive hourly rate with opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week
