**About us**

**Qualifications**
- Law Clerk diploma or equivalent certification from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 4-7 years of relevant legal experience in a real estate, commercial law and civil litigation.
- Strong understanding of legal procedures relating to property development, conveyancing, title matters, and contract administration. Experience with corporate and court filings, Tarion documentation, and/or condo closings is an asset.
- Proficiency with legal software, Microsoft Office, and document management systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience in a development firm or working with builder-side legal matters is considered an advantage.
- Accounting competency is preferred
