Opening Position: Regulatory Investigator - Full Time

While your primary work location will be our Cambridge, Ontario office, the role also involves occasional travel and collaboration with other investigators. As such, availability during regular working hours to respond to travel and coordination needs is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Spearheading multifaceted investigations for diverse regulators.
- Developing detailed investigation plans.
- Collaborating with fellow investigators and clients.
- Conducting interviews and gathering insights from various sources.
- Conducting undercover investigations.
- Preparing and executing search warrants, as required.
- Delivering comprehensive reports tailored to our clientele.
- Testifying at hearings, when needed.

- Post-secondary education; we value practical skills and experience as much as credentials.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- The ability to travel independently, including overnight trips as required.
- Discretion, sensitivity, and sound professional judgment.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility and decisiveness in dynamic environments.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- A proven track record in conducting professional regulatory investigations.
- Experience in investigative roles that required both strong written and verbal communication.
- Multilingual skills.
