As a **Parts & Inventory Coordinator**, you'll be at the heart of our growing company’s Supply Chain operations. In this role, you'll work closely with the Parts Team to keep the Parts Department running smoothly every day, handling diverse tasks such as inventory management, shipping and receiving, stock replenishment, and coordinating with both our employees and service providers. **CORE AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Inventory Management & Control_
- Manage and monitor inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
- Replenish stock as needed to maintain availability.
- Maintain accurate inventory control and oversee stock levels.
- Perform precise data entry to support inventory tracking.
- Investigate and resolve issues with incorrect or damaged incoming materials.
- Shipping & Receiving _
- Coordinate with shipping companies to arrange international and domestic shipments.
- Receive and inspect parts from couriers and delivery drivers.
- Pick and pack parts accurately for shipment.
- Return unused stock or repairs to vendors as necessary.
- Other Responsibilities _
- Keep the stockroom, racks, and outside storage areas clean and well-organized.
- Provides support to the Depot Delivery Driver as needed.
- Operate a forklift (training and certification provided).
- Collaborate with the Parts Team on various tasks and provide general support.

**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE**
- Minimum of **1 year of experience** in parts or inventory management.
- **Previous experience in supply chain** would be an asset.
- **Proficient with computers**and familiar with commonly used office software.
- Holds a valid **Class 5 driver’s license**.
- **Physically capable**of standing, bending, twisting, squatting, and lifting as required.
- Exceptional **communication skills** in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong **customer service** abilities, with a commitment to providing excellent support.

Pay: $23.00 per hour
