Do you thrive in elegant, people-centered environments? **Dentique Dental Spa**, a new premium clinic in the heart of Yaletown, is looking for a **Clinic Admin & Patient Concierge** to help us build something special from the ground up.

**About the Role**

This is not your typical front desk role. As the first face of Dentique, you will ensure every patient receives first-class service—from warm greetings and personalized care to smooth clinic operations. You’ll be a key player in launching our new clinic and will also take on a community-facing role, engaging with local residents and businesses to promote Dentique’s unique approach to dental wellness.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver exceptional in-clinic service with a strong hospitality mindset
- Manage reception duties, patient scheduling, and treatment coordination
- Support day-to-day clinic operations and administrative needs
- Act as a clinic ambassador—introducing Dentique to the Yaletown community
- Help implement systems and processes to support the clinic’s launch and growth
- Work closely with the leadership team to ensure our patient experience exceeds expectations

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience** in dental reception and/or clinic management (Tracker knowledge is a strong asset)
- **Outstanding communication** and interpersonal skills—fluent English is a must
- A warm, polished, and outgoing personality with natural hospitality instincts
- Confidence and professionalism to connect with local businesses and residents
- Experience with **marketing**and business development is a strong asset
- A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, evolving environments

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay

- French not required

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
