The opportunity:
As part of the Digital HR & Process Improvement team, the intern will be responsible for supporting the projects that will be ongoing during the above-mentioned period.
**The role**
- Participating to our new LMS solution implementation. Developing, reviewing and translating training material on how to use our new LMS solution.
- Contribution to process mapping, evaluating change impact and developing change management strategies and plans.
- If time allows, could also be involved in the Notice of Change (NOC) project (process mapping, training material, etc.)
**The requirements**
- Human resources management or Business administration with Human Resources.
- The following certifications are assets: Digital Transformation, Business Analysis, Process Optimisation (Sig sigma or Green Belt certification), change management, Project management, Business administration.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English (written and verbal), Spanish is an asset.
- This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to support customers, employees or markets located outside the province of Quebec or requiring services in a language other than French - mainly English.
