Job Overview: As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high-end residential properties. You are responsible for greeting all residents and visitors with a warm smile, and doing the utmost to ensure that residents are provided with a high standard of customer service. Our most successful Concierges have a very strong Customer Service background with a passion for going above and beyond and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations. Shifts Available: On Call Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience with strata buildings is an assetAt least one year of direct/in person Customer Service Experience is requiredExcellent written and oral command of the English language is necessary in order to be able to work efficiently and communicate appropriately with our clients and our support staff.
