**PART-TIME EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO COO**

A growing and dynamic business is looking for a mature and competent Executive Assistant who is looking for a part-time office position working directly WITH the Company COO. We are a private real estate and financial group of companies founded in 1965 with interests in private lending, mortgage investment, land development, and property management. Our team is a group of mature, highly qualified individuals with several years of experience.

**PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Direct reporting and assistance to the COO in a supportive role on specific tasks as a team
- Basic accounting reconciliations and report preparation
- Assisting with Investor relations correspondence
- Assisting with website development and updates on squarespace
- Assisting with back-end website maintenance including SEO, DNS, and domain
- Assisting with social media maintenance and scheduling
- Assisting with some media design
- Proofreading and report writing, research
- Accepting ad hoc projects around the office and following directions
- Supporting other office staff when assigned

**APPLICANT SHOULD BE FAIRLY PROFICIENT IN THE FOLLOWING**:

- Windows 10/ 11
- Network navigation and servers
- MS Outllook, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat
- ZoomSage Accounting, Squarespace, Hootesuite, Wrike, ACT CRM, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop

**APPLICANTS SHOULD HAVE**:

- Ability to process relatively heavy paperwork
- Minimum of 3 years previous corporate admin experience or self-employment environment
- Post-graduation education or experience
- A strong comfort level in communications beyond electronic, such as on the phone
- Excellent spoken and written English and excellent communication skills
- Ability to thrive under pressure, while prioritizing and managing projects
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- A willingness to learn and a great attitude
- Ability to have fun on he job
- Some knowledge of the real estate, mortgage, investment, and securities businesses are an asset, but not necessary
