**Responsibilities**:

- Perform bookkeeping duties, including accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries - Prepare and file tax returns for individuals and businesses - Communicate with clients regarding their accounting needs and questions - Assist in preparing financial statements and reports - Work closely with the senior accounting team to ensure accurate and timely reporting

Qualifications:

- 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping and tax filing
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- London, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- QuickBooks: 1 year (preferred)
- Bookkeeping: 1 year (preferred)
