The Accounts Payable Associate is responsible for the maintenance of the vendor accounts; ensuring the validity of all charges to the company; and making sure all payments are trusted and accurate. This position is part of the Finance Department located in London, ON_ _and will be a hybrid position.

In this role, you will:

- Process invoices against vendor accounts
- Analyze invoices and expenses for accuracy, and charge to proper cost centers
- Complete payments to vendors
- Reconcile vendor statements to internal reports
- Participate in regular reporting to increase process efficiency
- Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities

**Are you qualified? The essential requirements of the job include**:

- College diploma in accounting or business administration
- 2 or more years of demonstrated accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in MS-Office products, specifically Outlook and Excel

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:

- Problem solving, and organization skills
- Working independently AND within a team
