We are seeking an innovative Talent Acquisition leader to join our team. Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, you will lead our talent and recruitment portfolio, including the development of recruitment strategies and programs to attract talent and providing strategic and hands-on support to the recruitment team.
This is a temporary full-time position for approximately 12 months.
At Acclaim Health, you will be part of a dynamic team and will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to support our exciting future. You will play a key role in the development and implementation of our new Recruitment and Onboarding system.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Design and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies, programs, and processes, across multiple disciplines - leading end-to-end process for all client care and office recruitment
- Help to develop our employer brand (advertising, partnerships, sponsorships, events, and other creative solutions), which includes managing the recruitment content on our company website
- Develop partnerships with third parties, including college/universities, external recruitment agencies, job board partners, etc. to build diverse sourcing channels
- Create a campus recruitment strategy and program, developing partnerships and offering creative solutions to attract early talent
- Optimize the process for all stages in the recruitment lifecycle
- Coach and mentor our recruitment team and support full-cycle recruitment activities
- Keep abreast of industry trends and recruitment challenges across our sector and respond with innovative solutions
- Proactively identify areas of opportunity and highlight talent trends across the sector
- Develop recruitment metrics and KPI’s to inform decision making and drive continuous performance improvement
- Assist in managing the annual recruitment budget
- Participate in job fairs and recruiting events to build Acclaim Health employment brand
- Oversee the onboarding process for all new employees
- Drive an equitable and inclusive recruitment process to strengthen diversity across Acclaim Health
- Support the recruitment of senior-level roles within Acclaim Health
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree, with a background in HR is strongly preferred
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
- Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
- Proven experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies in a high-volume recruitment environment
- Highly collaborative with experience mentoring others
- Strong program management, relationship-building, and partnership skills
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize and adapt quickly to changing priorities
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Strong proficiency in HR systems (e.g., Applicant Tracking Systems, HRMS); experience with UKG an asset
- Strong proficiency in MS Office
Salary range: $61,834 - $69,712
