- Maintain accurate records of production data, including quantities produced, materials used, and any incidents that occur during shifts.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and address any issues that may arise.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies regarding hygiene and sanitation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food industry or a related field.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate and troubleshoot production equipment.
- Familiarity with food processing techniques, packaging methods, and sanitation standards.
- Basic math skills for inventory management and production reporting.
- Experience operating forklifts is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of production.
