The primary purpose of this position is to work product through the production process. Responsibilities: Loading and unloading of hoppers.Verify correct components are being loaded into the hoppers.Ensure steady consistent flow of components to the lines in order to minimize downtime.Palletize finished goods using correct configuration provided by Q.C. department. Shrink wrap skids and remove to the holding area.Ensure correct inventory ticket is attached to the pallet.Any other tasks assigned by the Production Supervisor or Lead HandAll employees are responsible for quality and safety All employees are responsible to any quality problems to personnel with authority to initiate actionQualificationsCompetencies: Must be able to speak, read, and write EnglishAccuracy and attention to detailMaintain a fast pace with time limitsAble to move and lift 5 lbs. to 35 lbs.
