**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee timecards and attendance records.
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new hires, including orientation and training coordination.
- Assist with employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Participate in change management initiatives to improve HR processes and enhance employee engagement.
- Collect and analyze data related to HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with project management teams on HR-related projects to ensure timely completion.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis to inform HR strategies.
- Familiarity with HR software systems.
- Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Experience in payroll processing is a plus.
- Knowledge of change management practices will be beneficial.
