Talent Agent Assistant

As we grow, we are looking for new people to join our team and help drive the Canadian fashion industry into a global competitor. We are currently hiring a full/part time booking assistant

The individual that will be best suited for this position will be highly self-motivated, knowledgeable of fashion, capable of both working in a group and individually, a critical thinker with the ability to learn and adapt knowledge to situations, efficient, working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Adobe, and preferably experience with imaging editing software. You will be able to take direction well in a fast-paced environment. You communicate well with management, colleagues, and talent. This is not a typical 9-5 career, you must have a passion to help nurture creative talent, build careers. This is a very exciting and fun industry, but you must have a passion for it as well as an understanding that you will be a major contributor to the real success of each talent on our roster.

**Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Data entering
- Assisting the talent agents with booking information, images and paperwork
- Create and maintain files and information storage
- Research relevant information for agents
- Assist in communicating agendas with Talents
- Assist in model digitals and videos
- Assist with other productions and projects within the agency

- Bilingual, both written and oral, in English and French
- Good organizational skills
- Motivated both in group work as well as individually
Strong knowledge of the fashion industry and the creatives involved

Une bonne connaissance de Microsoft Word, Excel, des logiciels Adobe (Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom) est encouragée.

Responsabilités:
Saisie de données

Organiser les itinéraires des talents, réserver les vols et hôtels, coordonner la logistique de voyage, valider les demandes de visa.

Recherche d’informations pertinentes

Prise de rendez-vous, communiquer avec les talents afin d’organiser des rencontres.

Assister les agents avec la prise de polaroids et vidéos de mannequins

Éditer des images à l’aide de logiciels tels que Photoshop et Lightroom

Création de moodboards et organisation de _test shoots_

Organisation des infolettres et mise en ligne

Assister les agents de talent avec toute autre tâche nécessaire

Solides compétences en communication

Bilingue (français et anglais), tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit

Compétences organisationnelles

Capacité à travailler individuellement ainsi qu’en groupe

Études en mode et/ou une bonne connaissance de l’industrie de la mode est un plus

Part-time hours: 25 per week

**Salary**: $24,000.00-$30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
