As our new **Talent Agent Assistant Intern in our Gaming & Entertainment branch**, you’ll play a key role in supporting various aspects of our cutting-edge approach to digital talent management. We’re looking for someone outgoing, performance-driven, and deeply passionate about the creator economy, particularly in streaming and entertainment. You should be curious about the strategy behind brand and talent partnerships, eager to understand talent KPIs, and excited to refine your client communication and project management skills **Key Responsibilities**: Research and identify new brands for potential collaboration opportunities. Develop and refine negotiation skills, including contract redlining and partnership terms. Scout and evaluate talents (streamers, top players, entertainers, etc.) who align with the Division’s objectives. Engage and prospect potential talents for representation, facilitating introductory calls. Support client communication and project management, ensuring seamless collaboration between talents and brands. Gain hands-on experience in talent management operations while aligning with Dulcedo’s approach. Coordinate sponsorships and collaborations, working closely with peers to execute successful partnerships. Contribute to strategy and brainstorming sessions, bringing fresh ideas and insights to the team. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or in a related field (Law/PR/communications). Strong interest for the Gaming and Entertainment industry. Natural communicator who’s confident in outreach and building connections. Strong organizational skills with a sharp eye for detail. Self-starter with a go-getter attitude, always looking for ways to contribute A strong desire to launch a career in influencer marketing and brand partnerships. **Parameters & Perks** Duration: 16 weeks Schedule: Full-time (30-40 hours per week) Compensation: While our internships are unpaid, we offer a $500 stipend upon successful completion of the 16-week program. Full-Time Opportunity: This decision will be contingent on the successful completion of the internship, mutual agreement among all stakeholders and current hiring needs.
