- Take your ambitions to next level
- Manage the monthly billing of fees based on the time sheets and the information provided by project managers (project accounting, time and material billing);
- Validate the accuracy of the information required for billing and revenue recognition on various types of projects for assigned clients or business units;
- Participate in the tasks related to the monthly closing (monitoring of work in progress and reported revenue, journal entries as well as various balance sheet reconciliations);
- Reconcile billable hours for each consultant between the different systems and follow up on discrepancies;
- Ensure the receipt, validation, and entry of consultants' invoices;
- Ensure good communication with the sales department and the various project managers;
- Process and invoice rechargeable expense accounts to clients;
- Follow up on accounts receivable;
- Work in collaboration with the Controller to support audit requests and various analyses.
- When it just clicksDoes this sound like you?
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting with 1-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- DEC in Accounting or equivalent with 5-7 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience in the service industry;
- Thoroughness and organizational skills for handling large volumes of invoices and data while respecting tight deadlines;
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills;
- Good knowledge of Excel;
- Knowledge of the Oracle system (an asset);
- Functional bilingualism. Level expected:
