The Billing Analyst is responsible for driving reporting accuracy and quality control. The Opportunity Track deliverables and project milestones for revenue recognition. Monitor aging reports and support collections follow-up. Generate and deliver standard monthly/annual financial and billing reports. Execute time-sensitive ad hoc financial analyses. Quality Control. Review and validate work products (invoices, setups, contracts) from Billing Coordinators, ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy. Reconcile revenue and billing reports against internal systems. Analyze data to identify trends, variances, and billing anomalies, acting as the primary point of financial scrutiny. Serve as an escalation point and provide constructive mentorship to the Billing Coordinator team. Assist in updating billing processes, templates, and SOPs. What you’ll bring A minimum of 4 years of experience in a billing role of a high-volume environment. Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a fast-paced advertising, media, or creative agency environment. Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data, spot inconsistencies, and provide actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables and complex formulas). Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication abilities. Ability to handle and manage duties in a fast-paced environment while producing high quality results. Attention to detail. Solution oriented team player.
