We are seeking a Sales Operation Analyst to join our team in Winnipeg, Calgary or Toronto.
- The role will _be responsible for_ reviewing the sale to cash collection process to maximize revenue, improve reporting and support business leaders to strengthen the sales governance process.**The Sales Operation Analyst will**:

- Track a sale from end to end, interacting with sales consultants, sales leaders, revenue team and carriers to maximize revenue.
- Map the current process and implement process improvements to improve importing, communication and alignment between stakeholders.
- Follow-up with sales consultants and carriers to understand expected revenue for the current fiscal year and ensure accuracy in payment.
- Understand different carrier bonus timelines to maximize bonus received.
- Support sales reporting governance, including reporting of sales-to-sales leaders.
- Implement KPIs to measure benefits of process improvements.
- Navigate organization, partnering with other departments, to resolve issues in a timely manner.

**T**o be successful **as a Sales Operation Analyst **with People Corporation, you will need**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Management.
- Five years of experience in business, reporting, administration or management.
- Excellent oral, written, cross-functional and interpersonal communication skills that are appropriate for various levels, including management, staff, and vendors.
- Strong Excel knowledge, including large amounts of data processing, spreadsheets, and databases.
- Intellectual curiosity.
- Ability to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with process improvements and history of delivery are assets.
