We are seeking an experienced Asset/Project Manager for Conduit Asset Management. The Position will be a vital member of the team and be responsible for the fulfillment of both internal and external components of investment execution to bring our client’s properties to the highest and best use. The Position will be responsible for ensuring that our client’s best interests are served by moving their projects through various repositioning phases on time and on budget. This will involve leaning on your project management experience, knowledge of the physical attributes of bringing a project to completion, and excellent communication, internally and externally. You will be required to do industry and market research, analysis of the merits of an investment project, the oversight of various phases of project management, investor relations, development of a clear value chain, standard operating procedures, new fund initiatives, and other internal capital-raising functions.

**Compensation**:

- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare Financial Modelling and Analysis on current and potential real estate investments
- Assist in the preparation of Investor Relations Packages
- Assist in the Asset Management of client projects, in collaboration with the Conduit team and partners
- Maintain accurate records of client and project files in the CRM
- Participate in weekly calls and meetings
- Ensure that all projects are moving through the pipeline
- Ensure that all deadlines and timelines are being met
- Participate in training and coaching as required
- Research Industry Trends and Publications
- Read and listen to books and podcasts relevant to continuous improvement objectives
- Design and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures into an interactive Operations Management System in collaboration with other team members
- Implement systems and software (task management, CRM, etc)
- Understand and analyze the financial metrics of the project performance
- Experienced in Project Management with a track record of successful execution of construction or renovation projects
- Ensure that all projects are moving through the pipeline and being fulfilled on time
- Be an advocate for constant strategic innovation and improvement - always seeking ways to grow the business and improve the value proposition to clients
- Build a pipeline of raving fans with a focus on increasing repeat business and client referrals
- Conduct industry research and trend analysis
- Investigate additional sources of revenue for the business
- Read and listen to books and podcasts relevant to continuous improvement objectives
- Experience with commercial real estate is beneficial
- Any other duties as required

**Qualifications**:

- BS in Business Management, MBA, and/or PMP Designation highly desirable
- Experience in project management specifically in the construction or commercial renovation field
- Consistent track record of successful completion of projects
- 3+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, and/ or the construction industry
- Advanced Excel
- Quickbooks / Stratafolio - some basic knowledge would be an asset
- Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Attention to detail
- Continuous improvement/enterprising mindset
