**Asset Sales Generalist**
As an Asset Sales Generalist, you will maximize end of lease outcomes, through a variety of channels; renewals/extensions with lessees, in places sales to lessees or arrange for equipment sales to partners and third parties, while ensuring the equipment is returned in its agreed upon condition. This will require you to pro-actively plan and manage the portfolio stream-off maturities by main asset classes, develop sales strategies and in depth used equipment market knowledge and experience.

**Day to Day**
- Pro-actively coordinate regular reviews with Asset Management, Asset Sales and GBU Commercial Management to discuss upcoming lease expiries.
- Initiate and conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders to discuss and agree approach in case of problematic issues and possible/confirmed returns of equipment.
- In case of equipment returns: determine, negotiate and organize logistics in order to ensure cost efficient and effective delivery of assets to be remarketed.
- Enforce contractual cancellation terms and return conditions, arrange for the timely collection of restocking fees, excess usage, and damages to DLL’s equipment. All these activities clearly communicated to customer and internal stakeholders.
- Liaison with vendor and dealer partners on all end of lease related requests.
- Execute appropriate documentation, invoicing, and administration.
- Quality of advice on and contribution to department/regional plan.
- Alignment of regional plan to Asset Management overall plan.
- System maintenance and integrity.
- Work an assigned worklist for follow-up related to collections/renewals/Asset disposition.
- Handle inquiries related to documentation for leases in renewal, including Invoices, lease documentation, and return instructions.
- Manage Refunds & related documentation to customer.
- EOL Terminations.

**Essentials**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years relevant experience
- English speaking, reading, and writing is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to interact at different levels of a customer organization
- Strong focus on customer service and relationship management
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- A team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and good at building relationships
- Quality driven and results oriented
- Analytical skills and attention to detail
