We are seeking an Investor Relationship Manager for Conduit Asset Management. The Position will be a vital member of the team and be responsible for the fulfillment of both internal and external components of investor relations processes. The Position will be responsible for industry research, the oversight of RFPs/DDQs, new fund initiatives, and other internal capital-raising functions.

**Compensation**:

- Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000
- Paid Time Off (PTO)
- Bonuses - Considered after a 90-day period

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and upkeep of Standard Operating Procedures into an interactive Operations Management System
- Implement systems and software (task management, CRM, etc)
- Understand and analyze the financial metrics of the business/project performance
- Understand financial statements including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements, and how they impact the performance of the business
- Experienced in Project Management with a track record of successful execution
- Ensure that all projects are moving through the pipeline and being fulfilled on time
- Be an advocate for constant strategic innovation and improvement - always seeking ways to grow the business and improve the value proposition to clients
- Build a pipeline of raving fans with a focus on increasing repeat business and client referrals
- Plan and execute Team Culture Days
- Schedule, coordinate, and attend team meetings and training sessions
- Hold regular team meetings to review project status and mitigate project delays
- Prepare Agenda, Minutes and Follow Ups for all meetings
- Training and onboarding of team new members
- Conduct industry research and trend analysis
- Investigate additional sources of revenue for the business
- Perform weekly 1-1's with team members
- Read and listen to books and podcasts relevant to continuous improvement objectives
- Review the P&L and revenue with Senior Management and compare budgeted versus actual performance and highlight the reasons for any variances
- Assist with providing content for the company website and social media blogs and posts

**Qualifications**:

- BS in Business Management, MBA, and/or PMP Designation highly desirable
- Experience in project management specifically in the construction or commercial renovation field
- Consistent track record of successful completion of projects
- 5+ years in progressively responsible financial leadership roles, preferably in real estate development, property management, and/ or construction industry
- Advanced Excel
- Quickbooks / Stratafolio - some basic knowledge would be an asset
- Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations essential
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
- Attention to detail
- Continuous improvement/entrepreneurial mindset
