We are seeking a highly organized and resilient **Proposal and Marketing Coordinator** to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable leading projects from start to finish. The primary focus will be on managing and producing high-quality proposals, tenders, and bids, while also supporting marketing initiatives when capacity allows.

Essential Functions:

- Lead and manage RFQ and RFP submissions from planning through to final delivery.
- Coordinate proposal strategy sessions, schedules, content development, and review cycles.
- Source, compile, and edit technical content into cohesive, compelling narratives.
- Create and format documents using Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office tools.
- Support marketing efforts with visual content creation (social media graphics, brochures, etc.).
- Assist with internal and external communications, including copywriting and layout.
- Maintain organized records of submissions and marketing materials.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in proposal coordination or a similar role.
- Exceptional business writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Comfortable working independently and within a team.
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with designing print and digital collateral.
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat (document creation, fillable forms, bookmarks).
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Bonus: Experience with Adobe Premiere and After Effects to support video editing or motion graphics, and drone operation/licensing.
