**Marketing Coordinator**

**Job Summary**:
Globe Commercial Products is a Mississauga based company that is soon moving to Burlington ON. We provide business supplies & equipment in cleaning, PPE, gloves, washroom care, food service, material handling, waste, safety and much more for the janitorial, retail, food service, office and industrial industries. We are seeking an individual who can support our marketing efforts and help to drive brand awareness and sales.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work collaboratively with the senior management team to develop monthly marketing plans
- Liaise with sales teams for marketing initiatives (packaging, print, digital, flyers, posters, banners etc.)
- Maintain website
- Coordinate with different department to ensure marketing resources are up to date
- Client branding/marketing in various marketing projects and duties as assigned
- Support the maintenance and organization of marketing organization and files.
- Maintain marketing data through platforms used (website, LinkedIn, Amazon etc.)
- Supporting the optimization of e-commerce marketing channels
- Maintain/ improve B2B relationships
- Ensure the showroom is clean, well-lit, and properly organized at all times
- Plan set-up/ take-down, floor plans, organize relevant collateral and demonstrate product knowledge at trade shows/ relevant events
- Build brand awareness and recognition to drive growth and brand loyalty

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years marketing experience
- Experience with Shopify
- Knowledge of and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere)
- Understanding of social media marketing, Google AdWords/ Analytics and SEO
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM tools with knowledge in web publishing, experience in e-commerce and YouTube studio is advantageous
- Strong computer efficiencies in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Detail oriented, responsive and willing to take ownership of the role and responsibilities
- Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Creative, professional, self-motivated and constantly looking to implement best practices in all areas
- Education: Undergraduate degree, certificate or diploma in Marketing and/ or Media or a similar discipline_

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
