As a Cook, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of food. You may be responsible for basic food preparation like salads and sandwiches or more complex tasks.

this season we are hiring an individual to work full time in both our full menu outdoor summer barbecue on weekdays, as well on weekends, assisting our banquet chef in preparing and cooking for our many beautiful weddings me cater

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Relevant diploma, certification or experience
- Registration in an apprenticeship program is an asset
- Developing knowledge of all cooking methods such as roasting, stewing etc.
- Ability to deal with a fast-paced, high pressure environment

**Responsibilities**:

- Food preparation
- Prepare and cook individual dishes or entire meals
- Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
- May have to monitor or guide kitchen staff
- May assist in menu development
