As a baker, you will prepare and cook a wide variety of baked goods for the mountain outlets. Depending on the size of the kitchen, you may have exposure to several responsibilities.

**Required Experience & Qualifications**:

- Relevant diploma, certification or experience
- Registration in an apprenticeship program is an asset
- Knowledge of rethermalization of prepared foods
- Developing knowledge of all cooking methods such as cookie making and muffin making

**Responsibilities**:

- Food preparation
- Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and appropriate safe food handling
- May have to monitor or guide kitchen staff
