**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Store set up & panini assembly
- Excellent & prompt customer service to each customer
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints.
- Cleaning & tidying the store regularly
- Re-stock of shelves & packaging of products
- Order taking in store and via the phone
- Uphold company standards of phone etiquette and professionalism at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; multilingual skills are a plus but English is a requirement.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Strong social & problem solving skills with the ability to assess situations and provide effective solutions.
- A positive attitude and a passion for working with a team.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $17.85-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
