NCP Auto Parts Inc is a fast-growing locally owned and operated company that provides a quality range of auto parts for domestic and imported vehicles. We’re looking for a motivated **Operations Coordinator** to support and eventually manage daily business operations. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and eager to take ownership, and committed to managing responsibilities independently and reliably. **Responsibilities**:

- Ensure client’s requirements are met, including timelines, inventory levels, processing orders online, and communicating with all parties involved.
- Take full payments for customer purchases.
- Organize appropriate paperwork and electronic files (Customer / Vendor orders, returns, credits, and stock)
- Check and process returns including restocking to appropriate locations on a daily basis.
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment.
- Have an understanding of our product types and continually and proactively familiarizing with new product types. ( Training to be provided )

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and numeracy
- Experience in auto parts, logistics, or retail is a plus
- Extensive knowledge of computers, including research and looking up information, and comfort with basic business software (MS Business Central, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent Punctuality and Attendance.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, driven, ambitious.
- Reliability and willingness to learn fast

**Compensation & Growth**
- **Starting wage: $18.50 /hour**:

- **Performance review after 3 months** — opportunity to increase based on independence, reliability, and contribution.
- Bonus / commission opportunities tied to business performance

**Certifications or Licenses**:

- Valid Driver License is an asset

Working in the retail industry can be physically demanding. Certain positions require employees to spend most of their workday on their feet and to carry heavy and awkwardly sized items. A reasonable level of physical fitness and flexibility is beneficial.

Pay: From $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
