Chopped Leaf, Fremont Village is currently looking for entry level Assistant Manager / Manager to work closely with Franchise Owner. Individuals must posses high energy, a positive attitude, and an outgoing personality. This position has outstanding development potential and will fuel your ambitious leadership goals. We want to find that special someone who drives positivity, promotes quality and consistency. Applicant must have minimum one year experience (either front or back of house) in the food service field or team lead / management in any customer service area may be considered as well. Applicant must be hands on, lead by example and be capable of management decisions. Outstanding customer interaction and service is the ultimate goal

Duties and Expectations:

- Understands all aspects of the business, front of house and back.
- Create a positive atmosphere among team members.
- Ensure all customers are provided with exemplary service.
- Responsible for food quality and presentation.
- Ensures all staff are informed of specials, features, and menu changes.
- Ensure entire restaurant operation is opened and closed according to policy.
- Responsible for ordering supplies and inventory control.
- Responsible for restaurant hygiene, appearance and safety.
- Provide leadership and guidance to all team members through coaching and reviews.
- Produce, check and follow up on all staff checklists front and back.
- Sets high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
- Handle guest complaints in store and work with owner on resolution of all guest related feed back.
- Shift scheduling of staff
- Interview potential new team members.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an eager, up and coming hospitality assistant/manager to gain a foot hold in an established and growing company.
