If so, this is the opportunity for you **OutboundPro, in collaboration with Pinpoint Scaling**, is seeking a **Remote** **Client Success Manager (CSM)** to join a thriving team that’s transforming MedSpa clinics across the US and Canada.

**Role Overview**:
As a Remote Client Success Manager, you will serve as a key link between **Pinpoint Scaling (OutboundPro's MedSpa clinics partner)** and its clients. Your mission? To ensure client satisfaction, deliver exceptional results, and drive revenue growth through upsells and retention.

You’ll manage a portfolio of 40-50+ clients and work with an in-house team, including media buyers, tech support, and sales professionals, to provide seamless service. This isn’t just a job; it’s an opportunity to grow your career while helping MedSpa clinics thrive.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Management**: Onboard and launch new clients, hold bi-weekly strategy calls, and ensure seamless communication via Slack.
- **Retention & Upselling**: Proactively reduce churn, upsell additional services, and generate client referrals and reviews.
- **Account Growth**: Collaborate with media buyers and project managers to exceed client expectations and deliver measurable results.
- **Leadership & Strategy**: Lead client accounts as if they’re your own business within the organization.
- **Sales-Oriented Approach**: Re-sell clients on their partnership with Pinpoint Scaling and continuously seed the vision for long-term growth.

Pay: $5,000.00-$7,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Commission pay
