**Summary**

We are seeking a Concrete Form Tie Sales rep to join our team at Lockwood Industries. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the construction and installation of concrete structures. Your contributions will be vital to our projects, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.

**Position Overview**

This is an **in-person role** based at our office/warehouse location and runs **Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Research and target potential customers to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Introduce our products and services to new prospects, providing clear information on pricing, availability, and benefits.
- Follow up on initial outreach, quotes, and inquiries to convert prospects into active customers.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all prospect and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the outside sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth coordination and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or order desk (construction industry preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, industrial environment
- Positive attitude, team player, and self-motivated

**Nice to Have**
- Familiarity with construction materials or hardware
- Experience with online sales platforms or e-commerce tools
- Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is a plus
