**Sales Administrator**
**Full-time - Burlington**
This longstanding Canadian Manufacturing company is hiring a new Sales Administrator. With a 100-year-old history, this company prides itself on being a leader in the manufacturing and distributing of equipment and products used for asphalt and/or concrete surfaces as well as waterproofing equipment, foundation coating, and much more We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support the diverse administrative needs of the team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Equipment registration tracking - following up with dealers after equipment has shipped from the factory. Setting up scheduled reminders based on the ship date for when the warranty begins
- Logistics - booking trucks and creating shipping documents. Coordinating with the shipper and QC
- Print Shipping Documents - share with appropriate team members
- Manuals - Prepare and create instructions and start-up manuals for shipments.
- Certificates - Create certificates for kettles for licensing purposes.
- Tradeshow planning - registering with tradeshows and booking all accommodations and resources needed.
- Bids and tenders
- routinely check on all available bids and tender sites to ensure the company is being represented on all possible bids. Help complete bid documents and send them to dealers
- Other duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Post Secondary Education in Business Administration or a related field
- Must have at least 3 years of previous experience in an administrative position
- Experience gained from the manufacturing or industrial/ heavy equipment environment is considered an asset
- Must have ERP system knowledge and experience
- Strong Microsoft Office; Word & Excel skills must be strong
- The capability to work independently
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and people & time management skills
**Compensation/Benefits**:
- Salary $50-70K depending upon previous experience
- Company benefits following a probationary period
