**Job Type**: Full-time, Part-time

**About the Role**:
Osler Bluff Ski Club, a private ski club nestled near Georgian Bay, is partnering with the Food Dudes, one of Toronto’s top caterers, to provide an elevated clubhouse experience. We are looking for experienced bartenders to elevate our members’ experience by creating outstanding beverages and delivering first-class service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests, ensuring quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking, cleaning, and restocking as necessary
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely and seamless service for members dining or attending club events
- Comply with all health and safety regulations related to alcohol service, food handling, and the cleanliness of the bar area
- Handle payments, process transactions, and daily inventory

**Qualifications**:

- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume setting required
- Smart Serve certification required
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized under pressure
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Blue Mountains, ON

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 5 months

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
