Centoco Plastics Ltd. is North America's leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality toilet seats in high-gloss solid plastic, wood and other materials.

We are currently looking for a full time, permanent Set-up & Process Technician to join our maintenance team.

The Set-up and Process Technician will be responsible for performing tool changes on injection molding machines.

Although this role will be situated for day shift, this role may be required to work afternoon or midnight shifts as required.

**Job Requirements** **and Duties**
- Perform tool changes and setup on 100T-400T plastic injection molding machines.
- Use PLC programs, dials and gauges to set up tooling and equipment.
- Using lift trucks and cranes to conduct tool changes.
- Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions of tools.
- Conduct and document all process changes and deviations from stand processes.
- Strong problem solving aptitude
- anticipates and solves problems in a timely manner and identifies opportunities for improvement.
- Some other maintenance duties and other duties are as required.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a manufacturing facility with preference given for plastic injection molding.
- Experience in tool changeovers
- Available to work on the day shift, with the possibility of working afternoons and midnights if needed.
- Lift truck license or possess the skills, knowledge and abilities to obtain one.
- Overhead crane trained or possess the skills, knowledge and abilities to obtain training.
- Lockout/tagout trained or possess the skills, knowledge and abilities to obtain training.
- Mechanically inclined
- Strong interpersonal skills, essential in dealing with people at all levels and in a variety of functions
- Strong problem solving skills
- Able to multi-task and strong attention to detail
