triOS College Business Technology Healthcare Inc., Toronto South West Campus is actively seeking a Program Administrator to join the campus administration team.

**Major Purpose**:
The major purpose of this position is to provide a point of contact for all students and manage program administration. The Program Administrator (PA) also supports day-to-day operations of the Campus by assisting the Campus Director (CD) to ensure that all administrative activities are current and up to date.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor daily attendance reports and record them in the student software system to ensure hours are recorded correctly.
- Maintain diploma and transcript process in partnership with Sault College
- Manage & maintain inventory including, distribution of courseware to students, adjustments and ordering of courseware
- Provide support to Campus Director on a day-to-day basis
- Assist with distribution of exam vouchers and Self-Test Software process including XCAS data entry.
- Prepare program reports and documentation.
- Order uniforms and coordinate distribution of student uniforms.
- Manage the student ID card and access card processes.
- Undertakes special projects and other duties as assigned.

This is a full-time position, Monday - Friday 7:30 am - 4:30 pm.

The scheduled start for this opportunity is immediate.
