Agilus is recruiting for an **Administrative Assistant **in the **Energy Sector** in **Calgary, Alberta.**

This opportunity provides the flexibility to work fully remote with occasional office visits when needed in either Calgary or Edmonton. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the project teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing invoices for accuracy and identifying discrepancies and rectify them
- Processing and dispatching invoices to designated departments and suppliers
- Manage inventory of assets, lifecycle scheduling and tracking upgrades
- Evaluate purchase orders for accuracy before dispatching to the designated person
- Support capital projects using Maximo to manage inventory
- Organized project folders with vendor proposals, scopes of work and drawings
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, familiarity with Oracle and Maximo would be an asset
- 2+ years of relevant administrative work experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Detail oriented professional, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

**You'll receive**:

- $23.00 - $25.00 hourly
- This 1 year contract position has the potential for extension

- flexible scheduling, remote work opportunity after the training (training in-person for the first few weeks)
- Flexible schedule 30 hours per week dependent on project needs
- Location: Calgary or Edmonton
