Agilus is recruiting for a Project EHS Administrator in the Oil and Gas industry in Calgary, Alberta.We’re seeking a detail-oriented Field/Project EHS Administrator to support a large-scale construction project in British Columbia. This role combines executive-level administrative expertise with safety program coordination, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to a major energy initiative while enjoying rotational work and camp accommodations.Total rewards:$35.00 - $50.00 hourlyCompetitive and negotiable pay rate based on experienceAnnual contract with potential extension through 20272 weeks on / 1 week off rotational scheduleCamp accommodations providedFlights and travel reimbursed at costCompany vehicle provided for site travelOpportunity to work on a high-profile energy projectProfessional growth in safety and administrationResponsibilities:Provide executive-level administrative support for EHS functionsPrepare and manage professional documentation and reportsCoordinate compliance activities and contractor managementMaintain accurate records in platforms such as ISNet and IntelexSupport safety program implementation and monitoringCollaborate with project teams to ensure EHS standards are metUtilize MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and other digital toolsAssist with data analysis and reporting using PowerBIRequirements:Strong administrative and professional writing skillsExperience with compliance platforms (ISNet, Intelex)Proficiency in MS Office Suite and SharePointFamiliarity with OpenText, PowerBI, Blue Beam, and AdobePreferred certifications: First Aid, WHMIS 2015, ICS100Ability to travel and work in camp settings on a rotational basisDetail-oriented with excellent organizational skillsPrevious safety experience is an asset but not mandatory
