We provide unwavering commitment to our company culture and amazing service to our clients **THIS IS FOR YOU IF YOU ARE**: - Eager to learn, not afraid to contribute and ask questions - Trustworthy, honest, respectful, accountable and reliable - Calm, positive, and have a solution-oriented attitude in all situations - A proven leader and manager with the ability to motivate others - Committed to personal excellence, driven to succeed with a "can do" attitude - Able to plan, see the “big picture” and prioritize - Adept at critical thinking and problem solving - Flexible and adaptable - Curious, collaborative, passionate and detail oriented - A lifelong learner motivated to continue to learn and grow **DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES**: - Work on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure that all estimates are developed within Insurance KPI timelines. - Ensure all line items required to complete the project are included in the estimate and presented in a professional manner - Follow up on estimate approvals and ensure any Insurance review items are addressed including any estimate changes required - Establish budgets for different trades on each project - Update Xactanalysis with timely notes and dates as project is scheduled and progressing to completion - Communicate details of the project with internal and/or external trades - Assist with the development of schedules with the Project Team to meet milestones and completion dates. - Attend Project Meetings with multiple stakeholders, anticipate stakeholder needs, and proactively identifying solutions to support ongoing projects - Attend Planning Meetings to identify and manage opportunities and risks to achieve the best possible results for scope, quality, schedule, and financial targets - Support and maintain a healthy, happy work environment and corporate culture **SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**: - _**Minimum of 2 years of experience working with Xactimate estimating software (Symbility estimating experience considered an asset)**_ - Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers to develop scopes of work and then translate those scopes into estimates - Hunger for estimating and industry knowledge and drive to become an industry leading Insurance scope estimator - Ability to develop and nourish strong relationships with internal and external trades - Experience with Restoration management software tools and current technology - Construction knowledge **COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**: - Competitive salary compensation - Bonus incentives based on KPIs and customer survey results - Flex hours are negotiable - Cellular Phone plan and computer - Home office set-up is an option - Hybrid work from home is an option - Medical and dental benefits plan available - Work with a close-knit team of professionals that love what they do **Salary**: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year **Benefits**: - Dental care - Extended health care - On-site parking Schedule: - Monday to Friday - On call Supplemental pay types: - Bonus pay - Overtime pay Ability to commute/relocate: - Milton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) **Experience**: - Insurance Estimating: 2 years (required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milton, ON
