Service Plumber

Staffix Professional Staffing is recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing plumbing, drain cleaning, and water restoration company serving both residential and commercial clients in the Northwest GTA and surrounding areas. Their mission is to deliver exceptional service with a customer-first approach. They are seeking an experienced Service Plumber who's ready to take the next step in their career with opportunities for leadership and growth.

Qualifications:

• Red Seal Journeyman Plumbing License with at least 6 years of residential and commercial experience

• Strong teamwork skills and ability to work independently as a self-starter

• Interest in leadership opportunities and mentoring team members

• Excellent verbal communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot plumbing issues effectively

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Committed to delivering excellence and exceptional customer service

Responsibilities:

• Represent the company professionally and deliver a customer-focused experience

• Lead and mentor apprentice team members

• Collaborate with the team to problem-solve and deliver results on time

• Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in compliance with local codes

• Accurately diagnose on-site issues, provide cost estimates, and complete work efficiently

• Operate drain cleaning equipment, including jetters, cameras, and snakes

• Use hand and power tools effectively for various plumbing tasks

• Participate in on-call rotation and respond promptly to emergency calls
