Junior Sales Representative (Milton, Ontario, CA)

**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for supporting our sales efforts by engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our products and services. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in sales and develop their skills in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote mast climber solutions for commercial and residential construction projects.
- Develop new leads and maintain client relationships with contractors, builders, and site managers.
- Support project bids and provide basic technical information on equipment capabilities.
- Attend site visits, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate with operations and technical teams to meet customer needs.
- Preparing and presenting estimates/proposals for clients
- Reviewing project scope and schedule with operations for execution to ensure client’s expectations are met or exceeded
- Liaising with installers, engineers, trades and construction personnel to ensure safety, timeliness and quality are maintained as per customer expectations

**Requirements**:

- College Diploma or University degree
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and business development strategies.
- Knowledge of sales techniques
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- A keen interest in technology sales and the ability to learn quickly about new products.
- Previous experience in construction or sales roles is an advantage.

Terms: Permanent full-time

**Salary**: $47,500 + commissions

We provide installation and dismantle services along with drafting, engineering and project access analysis. Our brand of products include KPM-8 heavy duty mast climber, KlimerLite mid-light duty mast climber, the KTP Transport Platform. Other brands include, HYDEK, SAFI, ALIMAK, and SATELLITE.
