Tre’dish is seeking a Customer Service Manager that is a natural leader with a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service. If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Manager in Toronto, ON.

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and inspire a team of customer service representatives, both call center and live chat agents, to deliver exceptional support to our rapidly growing customer base
- Utilize Intercom, the comprehensive customer service platform, to manage customer interactions and inquiries across multiple channels
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the customer service process and drive efficiency
- Monitor key performance indicators and customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service management role, with a strong understanding of Intercom or similar platforms
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
