Dispatcher/Customer Service

We are always seeking professional, detail oriented individuals to join our airline and limousine divisions.

Presently we are looking to fill a Part Time Dispatch/Customer Service position. Once training is completed your shift hours will be from 11 pm to 7 am. (Overnight Shift)

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Manage scheduled runs, unscheduled runs and schedule changes so that Chauffeurs arrive at their pick-up points on time.
- Locate and assign Chauffeurs, as needed, to cover unscheduled runs.
- Handle multiple phone lines in a calm, effective and professional manner.
- Arrange with other limousine companies, as needed, to cover runs which cannot be covered with the available company staff.
- Assist drivers to learn effective phone communication and help them to solve problems in completing the run, as scheduled.
- When speaking with clients and other businesses represent the company in a professional and courteous manner.
- Learn common destinations in the geographic area served by the company and become familiar with routes and traffic patterns.
- Create transportation reservations or provide backup to Reservations department as required.
- Seek supervision, from the appropriate authority, in carrying out assigned duties as specified.

**Knowledge**

Understanding the importance of clear, direct, precise and timely communication in carrying out Dispatch functions. Familiarity with the geographic area served by the company.

Understanding of Limo Connect* platform, Highly Desirable

**Experience**

Experience handling multiple phone lines in a busy environment. Typing or data entry experience.

**Interpersonal Skills**:
Ability to communicate calmly and clearly. Ability to respond effectively and courteously to client requests. Ability to provide direction to others in an assertive and professional manner.

**Reasoning Ability**

**Additional Requirements**

3 + years of Dispatch/Customer Service experience in passenger transportation preferred.

Wages and Job Details to be discussed upon interview.

- Possibility of Remote Work available once training is completed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16-24 per week

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
