**Duties**
- Oversee all front and back-of-house operations

- Ensure exceptional customer service and hospitality standards
- Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and cost controls
- Monitor budgets, targets, and P&L performance
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations

- Oversee staff recruitment, training, and performance management to build a high-performing team.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a General Manager or senior leadership role in a high-volume restaurant/bar
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, costs, and labor
- Exceptional guest service mindset
- Knowledge of food, beverage, and bar operations
- Smart Serve (or provincial equivalent) certified
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
